As well as artistic food projects, Blanch & Shock create bespoke menus for events such as canapé or dinner parties, weddings, private views and book launches. We build menus based not on a stable of repeated dishes but on what we can source from the market at a given time of year. We are mindful of the seasons and the methods used to produce food, use organic ingredients wherever possible, and try to buy goods from purveyors local to the events we cater.
